The client provides the necessary documentation and data here. scope has a wealth of experience both in the field of data transfers and in consultation in connection with this (independent data import by the customer). A prerequisite for an efficient data transfer is the definition of the scopeArchiv^TM forms in which the data is to be transferred. Usually, scope draws up data transfer specifications (in the form of a mapping document) based on information provided by the client. This mapping document is reviewed and signed by the client. The data is then first transferred by scope, checked by the client and released for import into the system. Where necessary and if not arranged otherwise, manual preparation or follow-up processing is carried out by the customer.
