On April 11, 2022, the company was acquired by Total Specific Solutions (TSS) – one of Europe’s leading providers of Vertical Market Software (VMS). This makes scope solutions AG the second VMS company in Switzerland after Datamed SA and the ninth in the DACH region to belong to TSS.
